On 5/2/19, upon the fulfillment of all quarantine requirements, the Johnson County EHM premises was released with no further restrictions and no new resulting cases.

Wyoming horse owners are reminded to continue to be diligent in regards to biosecurity measures for event horses and close monitoring for signs of sickness including fever and neurological deficits. Any horses suspected of having clinical signs of EHM should be isolated immediately followed by consultation with a veterinarian.
