Notes: One of the confirmed EHV-1 positive febrile horses on the index premise developed severe neurologic signs and was euthanized on Saturday November 16. One additional exposed horse on the index premise, a 24-year-old Quarter horse mare, exhibiting neurological signs has been confirmed positive for EHV-1. Two additional febrile horses, a 22-year-old Paint mare and an 11-year-old Paint mare, have also been confirmed positive for EHV-1. CDFA is onsite to observe biosecurity protocols and isolation of positive horses.
