Notes: A farm at Waukesha County is reporting two confirmed cases of Equine Influenza. Veterinarians reported some horses from the barn had attended a show in Illinois April 16-18.;

Rock County
Number Confirmed: 1;
Notes: A horse at a barn in Rock County has tested positive for Equine Influenza. Horses from this barn had attended the same Illinois show April 16-18. WI does not generally issue a quarantine for influenza cases but does recommend a voluntary quarantine. DATCP recommends that veterinarians work with equine owners and stable owners or managers to implement enhanced biosecurity measures.
