Clinical Signs: This mare developed mild ataxia on February 22, 2023. The day before, a paddock mate developed signs of vestibular disease (head tilt, nystagmus, ataxia) as well as urinary incontinence. Both mares were referred to an equine hospital on February 22 for assessment and treatment. Test results on the mare with vestibular signs are pending but EHV-1 is suspected to be the cause.; Confirmation Date: 2/24/2023; Horse Status: Affected And Alive;
