Age: 2; Gender: Mare; Onset of Clinical Signs: 10/10/2023;
Clinical Signs: On 10/10 the owner noticed the horse was off. Vet came out to examine and noted poor tail tone, proprioceptive deficits in the hind end, circling to the left, ataxia, high fever (105), weakness and leaning to the left. Despite treatment, horse was euthanized the next day after continuing to decline.; Horse Status: Euthanized; Vaccination Status: Unvaccinated;
