Age: 25; Gender: Mare; Onset of Clinical Signs: 8/6/2024; Clinical Signs: Found acutely down on the evening of August 6. Supportive treatment was provided but the mare was euthanized two days later. The mare's pasture-mate was euthanized on August 3 after being found down in the field. It was not tested.; Confirmation Date: 8/19/2024; Horse Status: Euthanized; Vaccination Status: Unvaccinated;
