Age: 14; Gender: Mare; Breed: Belgian; Onset of Clinical Signs: 8/12/2025; Clinical Signs: This mare went off feed the day before developing acute neurologic signs (ataxia progressing to recumbency and nystagmus) and fever. She was euthanized. Serum EEE IgM ELISA was positive.; Horse Status: Euthanized; Vaccination Status: Undervaccinated;
