Age: 10; Gender: Mare; Breed: Warmblood (WB); Clinical Signs: This mare and a gelding developed signs of Strangles in September. There was a delay in OMAFA reporting this outbreak due to a delay in receiving test results from the laboratory. Both horses have tested positive for S. equi by PCR.; Confirmation Date: 9/23/2025; Horse Status: Recovering;
