Comments: One horse traveled to Waco for WPRA; this horse tested PCR positive on both nasal swab and blood and has exhibited fever and neurologic symptoms. The second horse had not traveled but became ill as a result of exposure to the first horse; this horse tested PCR positive only on blood and has exhibited fever and neuro symptoms.
