The horse affected with Equine Herpesvirus Myeloencephalitis at Oregon State University had a negative nasal swab on November 13, 2017. Because this affected horse is stable and not shedding the virus, it will be released to the owner's private barn this week. There has been no confirmed transmission to any other horses in the veterinary hospital and they will remain in quarantine until November 27, 2017.
