445 alerts posted reporting on 579 horses

  • Anthrax: 1 case (1 in TX)
  • Eastern Equine Encephalitis: 61 cases (3 in AR, 19 in FL, 9 in MI, 1 in MN, 2 in NJ, 5 in NY, 3 in NC, 6 in ON, 2 in SC, 1 in VA, and 10 in WI)
  • Equine Herpesvirus- Abortion: 4 cases (1 in OK and 3 in ON)
  • Equine Herpesvirus- Neurologic: 66 cases (2 in AB, 13 in CA, 2 in CO, 4 in FL, 1 in GA, 1 in ID, 6 in KY, 3 in MD, 2 in MA, 2 in MN, 3 in NJ, 5 in NY, 1 in OH, 9 in ON, 3 in OR, 1 in PA, 1 in TX, 1 in UT, 2 in VT, 4 in VA)
